Sales & Auctions Administrator

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
-
Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.

Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

Auctions Support:
-
Assist the auctions team in preparation, design and ordering of all auction event brochures
-
Assist in the preparation of displays ahead of each auction ensuring all display items are added to the company framing system and made to deadlines set

Assisting the aftersales process after each auction, sending confirmation emails to all winning bidders, organisation of all frames that need to be made and ordering of all experiences from our experience providers

Completion of detailed financial breakdown after each auction event

Customer Relationship Management:

Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.

Order Processing:
-
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team as necessary.

General Administration:

Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the sales team.

Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales function.

Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
